Pure raw materials of the highest quality are mixed into a dough that is allowed to rise slowly and then baked, cooled, divided, roasted and dried for a couple of hours on low heat - a slow process that makes the crusts tender and causes the flavors to mature.
The crusts are carefully packed in beautiful paper bags that are plasticized on the inside to retain the unique aroma and crispiness and we finally label them with our beautiful labels!
